Welcome to my Lifestyle corner, where wellness meets balance. Here, I share my journey as a swimming and yoga instructor, explore mindful eating, and celebrate a life rooted in nature and love.
My lifestyle and professional practice are deeply rooted in women’s well-being, physical health, and lifelong learning.
I work as a swimming instructor for adult women, with a particular focus on those who did not have the opportunity to learn these skills in childhood and now wish to begin later in life.
I strongly believe that learning is open at any age, and I am especially committed to supporting women who want to invest in their own health, confidence, and active lifestyles through movement, sports, and self-care.
I myself learned to swim in Finland as an adult, and this personal journey now motivates me to help others gain confidence, enjoy water activities, and experience the freedom that swimming can offer.
I provide personal coaching in swimming, for beginners as well as advanced learners, with an emphasis on safe, supportive, and empowering learning environments.

My work as a yoga instructor is an important part of my commitment to women’s well-being and mindful living.
I am specialized in Yin Yoga, with a focus on gentle, slow, and meditative practices that support flexibility, stress reduction, and mental balance.
I offer personal one-to-one sessions as well as online classes, adapting each practice to the individual needs and experience levels of my students.
In addition, I currently work part-time as a yoga teacher at the Swedish adult education institute Arbis in Turku, Finland, where I teach adult learners in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Through yoga, I aim to help students cultivate body awareness, inner calm, and sustainable well-being in everyday life.

Balanced and conscious eating is an essential part of my everyday life and well-being.
I believe that physical activity reaches its full potential only when it is supported by nourishing and mindful nutrition.
For me, cooking is both a joy and a form of self-care - I enjoy preparing my own healthy versions of everyday meals and paying attention to the quality, balance, and simplicity of what I eat.
This approach helps me maintain energy, strength, and clarity in daily life, and it reflects my belief that true well-being grows from the combination of movement, awareness, and a respectful relationship with food.
After workouts, I enjoy simple and nourishing meals such as chia pudding, overnight oats, nuts and seeds, fresh fruits, and avocado egg toast, which help restore energy and support recovery in a balanced way. Protein is the important part of my meals. These foods feel light yet satisfying, and they give me the steady energy I need after training. I prefer natural, minimally processed ingredients that are easy to prepare and gentle on the body. For me, post-workout meals are not only about nutrition, but also about listening to my body and choosing what truly supports recovery, balance, and long-term health.
Intermittent fasting has been part of my lifestyle for many years. For me, it is not a short-term practice, but a long-term habit that supports discipline, balance, and mindful eating.
I see it as a way to listen more carefully to my body, maintain clarity of mind, and develop a healthy relationship with food. Alongside yoga and swimming, it forms an important part of my daily routine for physical health and inner well-being.

My approach to life is built around three main pillars: eating concious and balanced diet, staying active, and loving nature.
I value balanced and mindful nutrition, and I maintain an active routine that includes gym training, yoga, and swimming.
Equally important to me is spending time outdoors - walking, cycling, and connecting with nature as a way to support both physical and mental well-being.
Cycling in nature is one of my favorite physical activities, especially during the summer months in Finland. I enjoy exploring forest paths, lakesides, and quiet countryside roads, where movement and nature come together in a calming and energizing way.
Cycling helps improve cardiovascular fitness, build endurance, and strengthen the body, while also reducing stress and supporting mental clarity through time spent outdoors.
Through these everyday practices, I aim to live, teach, and promote a sustainable and empowering lifestyle.
